E-Waste Reuse and Refurbishment (m/f/d)

Developing a global supplier network for reuse, refurbishment and harvesting spare parts from used Electrical and Electronic Equipment like IT, electronic goods, large household appliance. The expectation here is to develop economic solutions that permit the integration of aftermarket parts back into the supply chain. Herein, a close collaboration with suppliers shall be established to support OEM in meeting their circular economy targets.

The project manager shall work very closely with the Landbell Group Reuse Manager, and both will be tasked to jointly build and develop a network of supplier to reuse and refurbish or harvest spare parts from End-of-Life products within the Landbell Group supply chain.

Your responsibilities

  • Identifying new potential suppliers and qualifying them for Landbell’s Supply Chain Network in cooperation with the Reuse Manager
  • Developing innovative reuse solution for Landbell customers in close cooperation with sales
  • Supporting sales in identifying target customer groups for innovative reuse solutions
  • Maintaining a continuous working relationship with suppliers for dedicated customer projects while facilitating smooth operation of the take back programs (reverse logistics)
  • Act as first point of contact and escalation point for any reverse logistics operational issues related to reuse
  • Develop, maintain, and manage supplier data base
  • Regular Tendering, sourcing, and contracting of active suppliers
  • Define and develop KPIs, assess supplier performance und contribute towards continuous process   improvement
  • Monitor trends and opportunities related to reuse, repair, and refurbishment

Your qualifications

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in project management linked to supply chain, procurement, or reverse logistics operations,
  • Experience working in an ITAD, reuse/repair services or electronic/electrical spare part environment is an absolute assert
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Supply Chain studies or similar educational profile
  • Customer oriented, able to work remotely and in international teams
  • Number, process-driven and cost conscious
  • Self-driven, able to work autonomously with high level of organisation skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English, level C (as a minimum), a working command of two additional languages is considered an assert
  • Good Office 365 skills (especially Excel)
  • Ability and willingness to travel
