Supporting the PV industry in Italy

On 28 February to 1 March, ERP Italia had a stand at the Key Energy Fair, which is the exhibition dedicated to the photovoltaic (PV) and renewable energy sector.

This was an important opportunity to explain to visitors the activities carried out by ERP Italia Servizi and what it offers for the management of end-of-life PV panels and all the waste produced at PV plants.

Furthermore, ERP Italia’s experts were on hand to provide more information about its solution to simplify the management of regulatory compliance for producers of PV panels, other electrical and electronic equipment, batteries and accumulators, and the new EU Regulation on batteries.

In addition, Andrea Bizzi, the company’s head of operations & R&D, spoke at the Forum Tech 2024 event, which was organized by Italia Solare.

ERP Italia Servizi has a strong relationship with Italia Solare, which is the only association for operators in the PV sector, thanks also to the fact that Daniela Carriera, the company’s sales, marketing & business development director, was elected to the Board of Directors.

Forum Tech is the reference event for PV operators who want to learn more about the sector’s technical issues and, during the event, Andrea Bizzi discussed the end-of-life management of PV panels with particular attention to the new end-of-life rules that owners of PV installations must comply with.

The event was a success in terms of contacts received and new opportunities created, and it allowed ERP Italia Servizi to strengthen its positioning in this key sector.
