We are excited to announce a meaningful achievement on our sustainability path – the Ecovadis Silver Medal. We are proud of this achievement because it reflects our commitment to responsible business practices.

Ecovadis is a globally recognised platform that provides holistic sustainability ratings for corporations. The Ecovadis Rating covers companies’ non-financial management systems including Environmental, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement impacts.

While the medal validates our efforts, this is just a milestone on our ongoing journey. Our goal is to be a role model for the whole industry sector through a continual improvement of our corporate practices. To get there, we are setting priorities for improvement action in different areas.

To do this, we are closely examining our emissions, aiming to shrink our carbon footprint through better data and reporting. We are also:

• strengthening our commitment to ethical business practices through Group-level policies
• focusing on workforce diversity and inclusion to build a stronger, more united team, and
• we are looking to collaborate closely with our suppliers to ensure ethical practices throughout our supply chain
