European Recycling Platform Netherlands B.V. (ERP NL) exemplifies this commitment to achieving a circular economy by working closely with textile producers and local collection and recycling centres to ensure that textile sustainability is woven into the very fabric of society.
ERP NL are a small team co-ordinating all operations in the NL for customers from the NL and around the world. Your responsibilities
The role of a Country General Manager (CGM) at ERP NL is a multifaceted position that requires a dynamic individual capable of building and managing the company’s presence in the Netherlands. This includes leading and guiding the local team, liaising with stakeholders and authorities, and ensuring that financial and operational performances align with the strategic direction agreed with the Landbell Group.
The CGM must be adept at navigating regulatory landscapes and leveraging the extensive expertise and support available from the Landbell Group including operations, sales, IT, and business support, all crucial for the efficient achievement of business objectives. The integration of these resources with local capabilities is essential for the CGM to effectively steer ERP NL towards sustainable growth and success within the framework of the Landbell Group’s overarching goals and standards.
The CGM will report to Landbell’s Chief Operating Officer for Europe and North America.
Leadership
- Leads the ERP NL business
- Builds and maintains an effective team
- Acts as a reference for Landbell Group’s Guiding Principles
Strategy
- Leads the development of ERP NL’s vision and strategic plan
- Sets, communicates and follows-up the country annual objectives and targets and business plans
- Represents ERP NL among the relevant stakeholders
- Monitors waste industry trends and news
Commercial Focus
- Prepares a comprehensive annual country budget
- Manages and monitors P&L and cash flow to deliver sustainable surplus
- Grows ERP NL membership and defines guidelines for member retention and satisfaction
Service Delivery
- Develops operational plans which reflects the business objectives, aligned with the strategic plans and permit requirements
- Supervises ERP NL operational performance
- Runs the planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of special projects
Strategic Development
- Champions continuous improvement
- Monitors ERP NL services to maintain and improve quality

Essential Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Management level experience (minimum 5 years)
- Proficiency in Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written (C1 or above)
Desirable Competencies:
- Experience in environmental management sector
