H2 Compliance has operated in the USA since 2009 managing all operations in USA for customers from USA and around the world. Landbell Group is a growing business and is now an international team of more than 450 people across 21 countries.

Are you experienced with all phases of B2B outreach sales? If “yes”, then you may be the Sales and Business Development Manager that H2 Compliance Inc is looking for.
The position as Sales and Business Development Manager has been newly created and has been established to further support this strategic business area supporting the activities of our Circular Economy and PRO team in USA. Reporting to the Regional Manager, and you will be part of a small team where you develop strategy and objectives together.
As the Sales and Business Development Manager, you will in collaboration with your team, uncover the US market, just as you will also collaborate with your colleagues in H2 Compliance and the Landbell Group, to achieve ambitious growth and strategic goals defined for the region.
You will use your knowledge to advise current and potential customers. Your sales responsibility will cover all aspects of BtB sales; search/qualification of relevant customers, canvas calls, meetings, customer visits, quotations preparation, negotiation and closing of formal agreements and implementation/follow-up. You will also be responsible for the development of each account, by building and maintaining your own customer portfolio, as well as working with the team to achieve strategic goals.
Your responsibilities
- Be a front-runner and have an interest in the development of solutions for the circular economy.
- Collaborate and gain knowledge with H2 Compliance and the Landbell Group
- Gain a deep understanding of products and services in the portfolio.
- Product and business development in collaboration with the team
- Sales outreach activities and customer visits through market identification and marketing. Propose improvements for a better USP in the USA market.
- Preparation and implementation of sales and action plans and processes, including forecasting sales and providing sales reports for budgets.
- Prepare quotations in line with the customer’s needs in collaboration with the team and manage the negotiations through to the deal close
- Analyze sales data and implement corrective actions to reach business goals.
Your qualifications
- Experience from industry or related field is preferable.
- Minimum 3 year experience from a similar position, or alternatively minimum 2 year experience with BtB sales throughout the value chain and consulting
- Skilled merchant who is good at building and maintaining relationships
- Relevant experience is more important than your education, but you probably have a technical or commercial education.
- Interest in the development of sustainability and circular economy solutions
