Join our upcoming webinar, ‘Battery Regulation update: Key obligations, implementation progress & national alignment’, where we will provide an overview of the extended producer responsibility obligations for battery producers under the EU Battery Regulation (BBWR), which has been in force since August 2025.

We will discuss the current status of the delegated and implementing acts supporting the Regulation’s implementation and provide an update on how member states are aligning their legislation with the Regulation.
