Landbell Group strengthens service offering with PackIntelX
From October 2025, Landbell Group will partner with PackIntelX, the all‐in‐one platform for packaging compliance.
The aim of the partnership is to provide companies with practical support in preparing for the requirements of the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).
The PPWR, which will come into effect in August 2026, will bring far‐reaching changes.
It will pose significant challenges for producers, importers, retailers and manufacturers of packaging across Europe, including:
- Preparing EU declarations of conformity
- Analysing the recyclability of packaging
- Meeting recycling and reuse targets, and
- Managing the extensive administrative burden of technical documentation and certifications
Digital support for complex requirements
Through its partnership with PackIntelX, Landbell Group will provide an online tool that enables companies to systematically analyse their packaging portfolio in line with PPWR requirements.
The tool also offers concrete recommendations for action and facilitates the preparation of the necessary documentation.
With the support of a strong network of partners, PackIntelX additionally offers an interface to the lightweight packaging sorting and plastics recycling sectors, enabling companies to translate analysis results directly into operational practice.
Sandro Hubert, Director Sales DACH Packaging at Landbell Group explained:
“Our customers are facing one of the most significant regulatory changes in the packaging sector in years.
With PackIntelX, we are providing them with a practical tool that helps them implement the complex PPWR requirements – saving time, reducing risk and ensuring compliance.”
Siddharth Bagri, Managing Director of PackIntelX added:
“Digitalisation is more important than ever today to reduce costs and effort while at the same time meeting the requirements of the PPWR. We are delighted that, through our cooperation with Landbell Group, we will be able to support more companies across Europe in achieving PPWR compliance.”
