Your responsibilities

Software development

  • Develop, enhance and improve our existing services and products
  • Implement innovations that will be industry benchmarks

International collaboration

  • Work in agile, cross-functional teams
  • Learn about the circular economy and actively shape a sustainable future
  • Leverage subject-matter expertise of a market champion

Operational excellence

  • Learn and implement new technologies and methodologies
  • Drive state-of-the art production processes

Your qualifications

Technical expertise

Must-have

  • You are an expert in Python development, whether degree educated or not
  • You use modern web frameworks, such as: Django, Tornado or Flask
  • (We work with Django, experience here would be a big plus)
  • Knowledge about robust and performant database design and querying with either MySQL or PostgreSQL (any relational Database)

Optional

  • Experience in Cloud Technology
  • Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
  • Knowledge in Front-end JavaScript frameworks, ideally Vue.Js

Excellence

  • You are familiar with Agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban)
  • You can write clean and efficient code and possess a good understanding of modern design patterns and principles (e.g. SOLID, DRY, KISS)
  • You are experienced in microservice architectures and Docker containerization
  • You are familiar with DevOps principles and CI/CD

Collaboration

  • You just love to be part of great teams and to help driving them to the next level
  • You are fluent in English, German is a plus
