Project Manager Reuse and Refurbishment (m/f/d)

The Landbell Group has a solid global footprint in engineering circular economy solutions across multiple industrial sectors. Our customers have identified reuse as a strategic element to achieve circularity and CO2 reduction targets by 2030. We at Landbell also believe that reuse of end-of-life (EOL) electronic equipment has both ecological and economic value. We are looking for a project manager who will steer projects to create access to valuable used products and generate economic value by remarketing these products or remarketing used devices from Landbell’s existing reverse supply chain. This position is embedded in Landbell’s Global Supply Chain Team, but key to success will be the cooperation with other departments, like sales and marketing.
Your responsibilities
- Developing and owning the reverse supply chain of electronic and electric devices for the reuse business unit
- Close cooperation with Sales and Marketing to identify customer groups and secure access to used products based of defined requirements
- Understanding the future needs of Landbell strategic customer in respect of reuse of products and spare parts
- Monitor trends and opportunities related to reuse of electronic device and electric appliance
- Identify potential sources of EOL material for reuse and align with sales in developing relationships with relevant customer groups – mostly electronic device OEMs
- Analyse best practice in individual Landbell entities and replicate same in other Landbell Group entities where applicable
- Build, maintain, and manage supplier data base at global level for the Landbell Group
- Implement innovative and economic reuse solutions for Landbell customers in close cooperation with sales
- Function as first point of contact for any reverse supply chain operations related to reuse
- Regular tendering, sourcing, and contracting of suppliers
- Define and develop KPIs, assess supplier performance und contribute towards continuous process improvement
- Promote and support the development and reputation of the reuse business unit internally and externally
Your qualifications
- University degree in engineering, management, supply chain studies or similar educational profile
- At least 3 years of professional experience in project management, supply chain, procurement, or reverse logistics operations
- Number, process-driven and cost conscious
- Self-driven, able to work autonomously but also remotely in international teams
- Good command of English, interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Proficient in using Office 365 tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience in an ITAD, electronical device repair/reuse/refurbishment environment is a benefit
- Willingness to travel
