Position: Office Manager

Location: Cork or Dublin, Hybrid

Immediately | Fulltime | With 1-2 days per week in the office

As an Office Manager, you will lead and support the management and delivery of a wide range of support functions to an Irish Team of 14 and a wider team of 50, based throughout Europe.

The position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced office manager for a company with an international client portfolio.

The ideal candidates will excel at interacting and engaging with both local and virtual teams. You will provide support for numerous management functions and will work on several different projects at a time.

Your responsibilities

The company has an ethos of trust, accountability and absolute discretion derived from senior experience within blue chip organizations. Your duties will include:

  • Organisation and support of various meetings
  • Use of a variety of software packages
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Assisting line managers with advertising for new positions
  • Manage all personnel aspects including onboarding, induction programmes for new staff, payroll, pensions/PRSAs, etc.
  • Report and KPI generation
  • Ensuring the office environment meets relevant health and safety requirements
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage all aspects of travel planning
  • Manage and maintain offices

Your qualifications

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel
  • Experience as an office manager
  • HR knowledge
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Additional languages are desirable
    Self-motivated and able to work within a team environment
  • Secretarial qualifications an advantage
