The European Recycling Platform (ERP) Austria GmbH is an international collection and recycling system and supports its customers in the decommissioning of their WEEE, batteries and packaging put into circulation. Your responsibilities

  • Independent execution of customer billing in the internal services team for the areas packaging, WEEE and batteries
  • Accounts receivable management incl. maintenance of master data and document management (archiving)
  • Dunning, OP lists
  • Various coordination activities with internal departments (also intercompany)
  • Assistance with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting
  • Support with process optimization

Your qualifications

  • Several years of professional experience in customer billing (accounts receivable)
  • Knowledge in finances and accounting is an advantage
  • Confident handling of accounting software
  • Good knowledge in SAP (SAP SD and SAP FI)
  • Excellent handling of Excel and high IT affinity
  • Reliable, independent, and careful way of working
  • Analytical personality with pleasure in working with numbers
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
