Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Warsaw Shared Services Centre. This role supports core European processes in the Regulatory & Compliance and German Take-Back Solutions departments at Landbell Group. You will follow established office and process procedures, maintain high-quality documentation, and work in line with relevant performance metrics. At the same time, you will be encouraged to identify and implement improvements to existing processes.
Your main tasks will include preparing country-specific producer responsibility reports for regulatory authorities in the required formats. On a daily basis, you will also manage the logistics system—handling waste pick-up requests, monitoring collections from initiation through to the completion of the recycling process, and interacting with suppliers.
Your responsibilities
- Consolidate spreadsheets and analyse large datasets using Excel, including formatting and working with tools such as pivot tables
- Register customers and suppliers in internal systems
- Prepare and submit reports on behalf of clients to local authorities and compliance schemes
- Monitor and control the inflow of incoming take-back transactions using IT systems, phone, and email
- Proactively follow up with clients and suppliers via phone and email to gather and clarify information, and resolve any issues
- Support with various administrative and ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Your qualifications
- Some experience in data analysis and customer service, including direct client interaction
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy, with advanced skills in MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data formatting)
- Willingness to work in a structured, data-heavy environment focused on processes and numerical tasks
- Fluent German is essential; communicative English is required for collaboration with colleagues and authorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for direct interaction with both internal and external clients and suppliers, often in a foreign language
