Customer Service Data Specialist (m/f/d)

In this analytical role, based in Warsaw Shared Services centre of Landbell Group, you will play active role in supporting European processes of Regulatory & Compliance departments of the company. You will follow relevant office and process procedures, maintain high quality documentation, work according to relevant metrics – while actively look at ways to improve current processes, whether already transformed to Warsaw or support new processes being transitioned. Your main tasks will be to prepare country specific producer responsibility reports for regulatory authorities in a required format.
Your responsibilities
- Consolidate spreadsheets and analyse large datasets using Excel, including formatting and working with tools such as pivot tables.
- Register customers and suppliers in internal systems.
- Prepare, generate, and submit reports on behalf of clients to local authorities and compliance schemes.
- Support with various administrative and ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Proactively follow up with clients and suppliers via phone and email to gather and clarify information and resolve any issues.
Your qualifications
- Some work experience in data analysis and customer service, with client contact.
- Accurateness and high attention to details. Strong technical and MS Excel skills.
- Willingness to work in a process and data-oriented environment, loaded with numbers and Excel spreadsheets.
- Strong Polish and English language, to be able to communicate with colleagues & authorities (other EU language, i.e. German or French will be an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills, for direct contact with internal and external customers & suppliers in a foreign language.
