CEE Junior Program Manager (m/f/d)

Immediately | Full time | Office-based and home-based | Position requires some travel, mainly in North America (around 10%).

Mission
Accountable for ongoing management of take-back programs operations, reporting (end-to-end), and related activities, under the CEE regional program manager leadership, ensuring it meets the agreed requirements including Cost-effectiveness, Reliability, Usability, and Performance.

Your responsibilities
- Support the regional CEE program manager on service delivery.
- Keep ongoing communication channels with customers, suppliers, internal IT, and relevant partners needed for effective service delivery.
- Coordinate the operations transactions flow from pick-up to invoicing, using the available IT tools/data sources.
- Design and prepare reports to relevant partners combining different sources and types of data and information.
- Produce dashboards and trackers of each CEE program.
- Prepare monthly statement of services/invoices to customers, as well as other customer charters.
- Improve operational workflows and simplify processes. Ensure continual service deliver improvement.
Your qualifications
Skills
- Excellent communication skills and command of the English language.
- IT Proficiency, including Excel and PowerBI
- Organised, methodical and self-motivated
- Analytical and attention to detail
- Customer Orientation (internal and external)
- Team player
- Results oriented, ability to propose simple and pragmatic solutions
- Flexibility, Adaptability, and Resilience
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience and 3-years in a similar role (desirable).
- Logistics and Recycling services knowledge
- Sustainability knowledge (desirable)
Qualifications
- Engineering or science degree or equivalent
